One theme that always pops up when we speak about self-care and well-being is the ability to embrace our creativity.

Even if you think you're the world's most clumsiest, unimaginative, musically void person, being creative is subject to you. It is not us trying to copy someone else's idea of creativity.

One person can get the same joy and peace out of splat-painting walls as another who carves faces out of pure white marble.

This page explores those creative ideas and see if we can get that imagination flowing.

SPACE

A cartoon figure in a suit and shoulder length long hair is lying propped up on one arm bottom centre of picture on a black stage. A mic is bottom right by their face. Text reads 'Tea Talk Conversations' above the figure. to the right of the title reads 'dereailing social stigma one laugh at a time'. Laugh is crossed out and tear is handwritten in captial letters.

Join me in the world of TeaTalk where each podcast covers a new and exciting theme.
