Sometimes we are desperate to discover other perspectives of mental health, because we feel our own understanding of our experiences isn’t enough. It can generate worry that we have not been able to seek the full picture or shape a holistic pathway.
TeaTalk Conversations aims to support that.
This platform aims to provide the opportunity for these uncertain discussions and create the chance to find a new perspective on
our mental health and psychological state.
Whether you’re experiencing struggles with your mental health, know someone who is or just want to understand more – TeaTalk Conversations has something for you. Have a read, explore the pages and don’t hesitate to engage in avid conversation within
the comments! You never know, you may come away with a new understanding that you never expected.

There are always conversations about our mental health, our psyche or general thought that crop up in the forefront of our minds that we’re desperate to discuss. Ones that stimulate genuine curiosity and excitement, or perhaps those that generate anxiety or fear.

We want to discuss them, but we aren’t always in the right place, with the right people to engage in a meaningful, productive and honest conversation.
